Today, Mauro PIRAS devotes his experience to PIRAS Real Estate, the family’s historic agency, which he leads alongside his son Silvio PIRAS. Together, they ensure the continuity and development of the agency, combining Mauro’s experience with the contemporary vision brought by Silvio. This complementary approach enables PIRAS Real Estate to uphold the values that have shaped the agency since 1976: in-depth knowledge of the Monaco property market, close client relationships, discretion and a long-term vision of real estate.

Mauro PIRAS’s entrepreneurial career also extends to other Monaco-based real estate businesses. He notably took over Saint-Charles Immobilier, becoming its sole managing director in 2023. The company then entered a new chapter in its history when it was renamed HOMES Monte-Carlo. Mauro PIRAS subsequently handed over the reins to his second son, once again illustrating the transmission of the family’s real estate expertise from one generation to the next.
