CHÂTEAU PÉRIGORD I

Château Périgord I, built in 1972, is an iconic tower in Monaco, located in the La Rousse/Saint Roman district. Standing at 93 meters tall and featuring 30 floors, it forms part of an impressive residential complex with its twin, Château Périgord II. Designed by architect Joseph Fissore, this modern building showcases contemporary style while reflecting the era in which it was built. It was one of the first skyscrapers to rise in Monaco's skyline, forming the largest residential complex in the Principality with 736 apartments and numerous luxury amenities. This rapidly developing district, close to the Larvotto beaches and the Monte-Carlo Country Club, is experiencing a real estate boom, attracting many investors and residents.
